Squeeze out the excess green liquid from the muslin cloth into a container and the fresh liquid chlorophyll is ready. It can be used for food coloring in soups and stews for its health benefits.

However, it is necessary to make sure that one does not take more than the prescribed amount of this liquid, as diarrhea is one of the over-consumption side effects. Further, it helps in strengthening the immune system and also helps to remove toxins from the body. These supplements are not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, and also for people diagnosed with heart diseases.
