Eye puffiness can range from mild swelling to sagging bags under the eyes. There are various causes for this, such as water retention, hormonal imbalance, allergic reactions, heredity, excessive intake of salts, etc. Of these causes, the most common is water retention. When they become warm, exchange them with the other pair. Repeat the process until you see some improvement. Cold spoon also works in a similar fashion to that of an ice cube.

You can also grate some potato and wrap it in a muslin bag, and then place it on your eyes. Make sure you refrigerate it for some time before placing it over your eyes.
Egg whites help to tighten the skin around the eyes and thus help in relieving eye puffiness. Break a couple of eggs and separate egg white from the yolk. Apply this egg white with a thin brush, around your eyes. The tightened skin will rejuvenate eyes, by giving it a lift.
