  • Dehydration is one of the causes of foot cramps. Therefore, drinking adequate amount of water is very important. You should drink approximately 8 glasses of water every day.
  • Similarly, having a balanced diet, comprising foods rich in calcium, potassium, magnesium as well as vitamin C is essential. These nutrients help in proper functioning of the muscles.
