Directions
- Mix all the ingredients and add about 2 quarts (or slightly less) of water.
- Boil the ingredients in a non-aluminum pot.
- Let the liquid simmer on a low flame for 20 minutes and then take it down and let it stand for 10 minutes.

- Take about ¼-½ cup of tea 3 times a day.

Ginger Lemon Tea

- Powdered ginger, ½ tsp.
- Powdered turmeric, ½ tsp.
- Lemon, ½
- Maple syrup, 1 tbsp.
- Water, 2 cups
Directions
- Mix the ginger and turmeric in 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- After the water begins to boil, let it simmer for 15 minutes. Then take it down from the stove and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea, add the lemon juice and maple syrup and stir well.
- Boil it again if the tea has become warm.
Green Peppermint Tea
Ingredients
- Peppermint tea, 1 bag
- Green tea, 1 bag
- Boiling water, 2 cups
Directions
- In a pot of boiling water, place the green tea bag and the peppermint tea bag and let it boil for 8-10 minutes (you can keep it for a lesser time if you don’t want a bitter taste).
- Then remove the tea bags and drink.
- Add honey if you feel the taste is too bitter.
Cayenne Pepper Tea

- Cayenne pepper, 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice, ½ cup
- Honey, 1 tbsp.
- Water, 1 cup

- In a cup of boiling water, add all the ingredients and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Do not strain the pepper and have this lemon cayenne pepper detox drink as it is.
