Take half a teaspoon lemon juice, two avocados, three cucumbers (peeled, seeded and diced), two cups of vegetable stock, half onion (diced), three cloves of roasted garlic, one tablespoon each of cilantro and parsley, and one jalapeno pepper (seeded, diced).
