The first and foremost thing you should remember is that it should be taken after the meals. It is advisable to take 2 - 3 teaspoonfuls of it twice or thrice in a day. This will normalize the acid level in the stomach.

You can make a mixture of two egg whites, half cup cider vinegar, and 2 spoonfuls of olive oil and massage the mixture on to the painful joints. Believe me, it provides great relief from the pain. You can even drink the tonic by diluting with water before each meal.
Skin and Hair Problems
It benefits the hair by getting rid of dandruff and itchy scalp. Since it has bactericidal and fungicidal properties, it can treat skin problems. If you apply it on the skin after diluting it, you will notice that the liquid absorbs excess oil from your skin. It also promotes hair growth. Make a mixture of 1/3 of this vinegar with 1 quart of water. Apply this solution after shampooing your hair and keep it for 15 - 20 minutes. Wash your hair thoroughly with cold water. This will balance the pH of the hair.
