Use your thumbs to press in and slightly upward. While applying pressure, massage the points in very small circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes. However, if the points are very tender, then reduce the pressure slightly. This stimulation may relieve and prevent headaches, especially when pain is felt in the temples or the sides of your head.
Pressure Point #2

Referred to as Co4, this pressure point is located on both hands. It is also referred to as the Union Valley. It is located in the area where your thumb and index finger join. Applying pressure on this point can help provide relief from headaches, toothaches, or sinus pain. All you need to do is apply pressure to the spot that is 1.5 inches from the edge of the webbing between your thumb and index finger.
Press down with your left thumb on the point located on the right hand, and place the index finger of the left hand on the palm side of the webbing. Thus, pressure has to be applied from both sides. Press and massage the point in small circular motions for a couple of minutes. Repeat these steps on the other hand. While applying pressure, close your eyes so as to focus on the point. Pressure must not be applied on this point during pregnancy, as it can stimulate uterine contractions.

Applying pressure on the temples can also help provide relief from cephalalgia. These points are located on either side of your head, about an inch behind each eye. Place your thumbs on your temples. Thereafter, apply slight pressure on them by gently rotating the thumbs in a counter-clockwise direction.

These points are located on the inner corner of the eyes, just below the eyebrows and above the bridge of the nose. It is believed that applying pressure on these two points can help in alleviating pain that might be caused due to sinus-related problems.
Pressure Point #5

This pressure point is located on each foot. To locate this point, place the index finger between the big toe and the second toe. Place the finger on the area where the bones of these toes meet the inside of your foot.
