Sandalwood Powder: Prepare a thick paste by mixing rosewater into 2 tablespoons of sandalwood powder. Apply it on the entire scalp and leave it untouched for 10-15 minutes. Then wash off the scalp. Regular application of Epsom salt remove the dead skin cells from the scalp, reduces skin inflammation and moisturizes it. This way it heals the scalp psoriasis.

Apple Cider Vinegar: The active ingredients of apple cider vinegar are good for curing psoriasis naturally. Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and massage it on the scalp. Let it get absorbed into the scalp and no need to wash it off. You should also use diluted apple cider vinegar as the last rinse after shampooing your hair.

Bitter Gourd Juice: Many people have found bitter gourd juice highly beneficial for treating scalp psoriasis. However, you do not have to apply this juice on the scalp but you have to drink it. Extract one cup of fresh juice from bitter gourd, mix one teaspoon of lime juice to it and have it. You should take this juice every morning on an empty stomach for the next 6 months to obtain maximum benefits from it.

Scalp psoriasis treatment has to be continued for a long time. You should act patiently and do not expect any instant results.
